Vocaloid 4 articles had been the talk of most voca weeabs lately. I had read an article about V4 Rana a while ago and came to research about this upcoming line of vocaloids. And luckily, yep, I have found them! Their features were more like futuristic. Their default appearances were superb and somewhat complicated. I can’t wait to hear their voice banks.
Anyways, Yamaha had announced their collaboration with Unity Japan Technologies and what can we get with collaborations? A project, obviously. And this project would be V4 Unity-chan. This VOCALOID Project will be called “PROJECT AKAZA”.
They had mentioned that Unity-chan will have a high quality singing voice and will be compatible with the VOCALOID Editor 4, VOCALOID Editor for Cubase and Piapro Studio. The latest update from their website reveals that VOCALOID V4 Unity-chan will have her sales premier at the “COMIKET 89” event on December 29th, 2015 in Tokyo Big Sight. The Software Package will be sold at 10,000 Yen, including tax.
She is portrayed next to a dark-skinned girl, whose name is AKAZA, the same as the project name. We expect more information on AKAZA to be revealed on or near Unity-chan’s release date. Unity-chan would be the yellow vocaloid on the right.
So yeah! that would be it. There’s more to wait. V4 is AWESOME!
