Those are looking for mp3 ver. of TIARA, let me tell you there’s no way you can get this album as mp3 with retaining the 320kbps quality.
Because it is itunes exclusive, so whoever uploaded as mp3, they probably transcoded the .m4a to mp3 (see wiki), so the quality loss occurs. Due to aac’s lossy nature, it’ll loss even more information if you transcode to mp3 or any other lossy format. So, it’s better to get the original one.
