Decent album.
I particularly favour “妄想感傷代償連盟” and “正義のタレット”.
To be honest, I find the album quite lacklustre and less impact-full than expected.
I genuinely enjoyed Conti New more than Ghost. I am afraid, I cannot elaborate what I am trying to convey even further without sounding like a pretentious git.
So, I am giving this album a 3 stars and that translates to a B+ on my rating. I only kept two songs and those songs are the one I favoured above.

Spectrums show us that the kHz rate varies from 23kHz to 24kHz, which are pretty normal values for 24bit FLAC files. Meanwhile MP3 files can’t go over 22kHz, and then you come up with this accusation. Did you even check the spectrums yourself or just trolling around? Maybe you have mediocre equipment?
