I was wondering why the hell my PC kept freezing up loading up these songs. It’s because the Album art for each song is a 3000×3000 PNG file. I wish this album was terrible so I could just get rid of it and not have to deal with this but, it’s pretty good…
I just put the Album Art through Photoshop, lowered it to the default 1400×1400 iTunes size and saved it as JPEG/JPG since there is visually no difference–to most post people. Also cropped it a bit.
Yeah. I didn’t bother altering more than necessary in the backups. If the producers thought it’d be clever to shove in a huge-arse PNG into their tracks, let them be. But I wholly advise compressing the image if you can, it’ll play better on players performance-wise. That and your computer won’t struggle trying to load the files fully on file explorers.
